Q: How long does it take to Ship:
A:Shipping takes an estimated 3 to 5 business days. Once shipped you will receive a tracking number to the email provided. Our orders can only be shipped via priority mail. We ask that you pay keen attention to the tracking of your package and do not allow it to sit in your mailbox. Especially during those moments of high temperatures. We do not ship to P.O boxes.
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once USPS confirms your package has been picked up from Everything Moss / delivered to the address you provided, responsibility is out of our hands.
If you provide an incomplete or incorrect address that is not deliverable by the shipping carrier and the package is returned to us you will be responsible for payment.
Q:How often should I use sea moss?
A: The recommended quantity and dosage of sea moss is about 1tsp to 2 tablespoons a day adjust according to need.
Q: How is your Sea Moss gel shipped.
A: Our Sea Moss gel is made to order & shipped frozen and carefully packaged. Be sure that upon arrival you refrigerate immediately!
Q: How long does the Sea Moss Gel last refrigerated?
A: The Sea Moss Gel typically last about 3 weeks to a month max once refrigerated ( shelf life perspective) seamoss can last 3 months in the freezer. Preserving the Sea Moss Gel for longer period is based on few variables. Refrigeration, Cleanliness of Storage area, no cross contamination.
Q:When I place my “order online” is my information safe?
A:Its understandable that some are hesitant to place online orders, Everything Moss checkout uses PayPal checkout where your information is always secure. PayPal and your Credit Card Companies also provides protection against fraud to customers. We never see your personal information.
Q: When Will my order arrive?
A: Due to the nature of our product (Sea Moss Gel), orders placed after close of business on Wednesday, will be shipped out on the following Monday.

Can one take too much Sea Moss?
As with some things too much of anything is no good. If you get too much iodine it can cause thyroid gland inflammation and even cancer. Iodine overdose can cause fever, nausea, vomiting, and even coma. Bottom line, if you begin taking sea moss, you should not be taking an additional iodine supplement.
